Workforce and Career Development What We Do... Our focus is to assist individuals with disabilities and other employment barriers to find real work. This means helping them get ready for work and finding a job that’s right for them. We offer a wide selection of employment services and programs that are designed to meet specific individual needs to reach employment goals. All programs and services are geared towards meeting the needs of the communities we serve, and support workforce development and growth. As well, we act as a referral source for other community agencies to make sure clients get the services that best meet their needs.
