Goodwill understands that to be successful at work, everyone needs to be confident that their families are healthy and safe, and that their home life is stable.

Our organization offers a wide selection of employment services and programs that are designed to meet individual's specific needs to reach their employment goals. We have identified that a full family approach is imperative in the process of empowering individuals and assisting them in their journey to self-sufficiency. We recognize that employment is only one of many life barriers that families face. By embracing the family strengthening philosophy and collaborating with other service providers in our community, we will be better able to address some of these other barriers, such as child care, addiction, mental health, and financial education.

As an organization that is growing and changing every day, we believe that embracing the family strengthening philosophy will be a positive and powerful approach. It will enable us to not only improve and grow our workforce development services, but also assist our organization as a whole in becoming stronger while working together to achieve our mission.
