 The money made from the sale of the donated clothes and household items in Goodwill stores goes directly into Goodwill employment training and counselling programs. Services such as situational assessment, work adjustment training, a diagnostic vocational evaluation unit and sheltered workshops are some examples of what's available to people who have physical, mental or emotional disabilities, who depend on public support, or who face literacy issues.
